Rosinne Chlala, Cofounder
Creative Director, Executive Event Consultant
A gracious host and seasoned event planner Roe’s experience began as she was studying international relations overseas. She became known for her keen eye for detail and lively, international parties. When Festivities opened its doors in 1984, Roe intertwined her gift for creative entertaining with Bill’s talent for sumptuous food. A Consultant level member and guest speaker with the Association of Bridal Consultants, Roe is our Executive Event Consultant and Wedding Designer. Known for her warmth and expertise, roe is the designer of the “Considered Chic” ™ wedding planning system and the founder of the Festivities Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support safe and healthy homes by funding programs that provide services to victims of domestic violence.

William Kaliff, Cofounder
Executive Chef
The art of food has always been Bill’s passion. Bill has a special talent in creating extraordinary menus and incredible culinary presentations. He leads Festivities’ culinary team through emerging trends both in ingredients and presentation. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute and Georgetown University with graduate studies at Fordham University at Lincoln Center, Bill has been recognized by Bon Appetit Magazine as one of the “Leading Chefs of the Nation”. He has worked under the award winning chef, Jaques Pepin and has been honored by the James Beard Foundation.

Michael Baudo
General Manager
Michael’s deep understanding of event logistical design creates the infrastructure that allows the magic to happen seamlessly. With a degree in hotel management, Mike joined the Festivities team in 2001 as an event chef and today manages all daily operations. An important part of Mike’s work is staff selection. Every event staff is hand selected by Mike and his team with thoughtfulness and professionalism to ensure that each client has the staff style that they require. Mike is also our beverage manger, making sure that cocktails and beverages contribute to an exceptional event.

Kathryn Cavallaro
Director of Operations and Lead Event Producer
Those who work with Kathryn, know that she is the first one on site and the last one to leave. Kathryn is an integral part of the Festivities team in her role as Lead Event Producer and Client Services Liaison, supervising and coordinating all aspects of our events from graduations to galas, from conception to execution. She loves to create and develop concepts and ideas for each event. Once the concept is set, her attention to detail in overseeing operations, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects of each event makes her a perfect partner.   She is fun, patient and solution based.
